Insane Clown Posse Getting Their Own TV Show

Like it or not, Insane Clown Posse is coming to the small screen.

Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope are headed to Fuse with the new show Insane Clown Posse Theater. What began as a web series is now being transformed into a full blown television program.

The series finds ICP giving commentary on a wide variety of topics. The rappers have weighed in on everything from Carly Rae Jepsen to whatever happens to be the flavor of the week at the moment.

The show on Fuse.TV has apparently attracted enough viewers that the network is looking to give the duo their very own show. Not only will fans get their usual commentary, the series will also feature interviews, comedy sketches, and special guests. Insane Clown Posse Theater is slated to arrive later this summer.

ICP has developed a rabid and loyal following over the past several years. In addition to releasing a ton of music and putting together the annual Gather of the Juggalos, the pair have also starred in a handful of motion pictures. Their credits include Big Money Hustlas, Death Racers, and Big Money Rustlas.

The rappers aren’t the only ones getting their very own show on Fuse. The network is also giving bounce music star Big Freedia a series this fall. The program is officially described as follows:

“‘Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce’ explores the underground world of the New Orleans hip hop scene known as Bounce. The series focuses on local hero and outrageous personality Big Freedia and fellow artists Mr. Ghetto, Sissy Nobby and others as they struggle to take their music to the next level of success.”

Insane Clown Posse Theater is slated to hit Fuse on July 24. Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce is currently scheduled to premiere on the network beginning September 18.
