Cuba Gooding Jr.’s California Home Finds A Buyer

Cuba Gooding Jr. recently put one of his California homes up for sale. After just a few weeks on the market, the house already has already found a buyer.

The actor reportedly purchased the Northridge, California home back in 1999, three years after he landed his award-winning role in the Tom Cruise drama Jerry Maguire.

Cuba Gooding Jr. listed the house on May 23 for around $729,000. Apparently that deal was simply too good to pass up; the actor has already found someone to take the property off his hands.

Radar Online reports that the home comes with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property also sports hillside views, a swimming pool, and a garage big enough for two or three cars. However, the house apparently needs a little tender loving care from its new owners.

The Northridge home isn’t the only pad Gooding currently owns in California. According to the Daily Mail, the actor has a bigger house in the Pacific Palisades.
