Beyoncé Knows The Power Of A Midriff At Kanye West’s Birthday
Beyoncé knows the power of a picture. Following up the recent snap of her and husband Jay Z enjoying a bottle of red wine, the “Halo” singer showed off toned to perfection ab’s in a midriff outfit at Kanye West’s birthday party.
It was the final K.O. to pregnancy rumors trumpeted by more than a few media outlets.
On Saturday evening, the Grammy award winning star definitively silenced the tongue-wagging at the soiree held at Ms. Lily’s in New York City as she wowed in a figure-hugging, revealing, 50’s striped skirt and top.
It’s possible other party-goers at West’s birthday party scrutinized the 31-year-old’s flat stomach. If they did, all doubts would have been put to rest.
Beyoncé is not pregnant. At least, not yet.
The Houston native teamed her chic look with a coquettish black beret, long, honey-blond extensions, neon orange heels and cerise lipstick.
After her Instagram of some weeks back (now deleted) blasting the pregnancy talk that accelerated after she turned up at the Met Ball in a high-waisted dress and later canceling a show in Belgium, Beyoncé clearly wanted to underline the point.
Last Tuesday the singer told CBS This Morning’s Gayle King she was “absolutely positively not pregnant at this time.”
The mother-of-one is currently on a break from “Mrs. Carter Show” world tour after completing the European leg. The North American leg of the tour kicks off on June 28 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. That leg finishes, aptly, at the Jay-Z part owned Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
An additional September 13 date in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil was recently added.
During her time-off, Beyoncé spent time with her daughter Blue Ivy. The singer shared pictures of the pair in a hot tub somewhere in some unspecified tropical location on her Instagram account.
Looking very cute, the 17-month-old wears a striped bathing suit and a bow in her hair while her mother relaxes in huge sunglasses, earrings and a turban and looks contentedly into the mid-distance.
What a life!
