According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, he was also charged with several misdemeanors for the crash.

Sports Illustrated reports that officers have not informed Blaylock of the charges yet. The former NBA star is still in the hospital and will be informed of the charges as soon as he is well enough to meet with police officers.

Investigators will determine if Blaylock is to face any other charges after the interview.
