Hasselhoff Buys $2 Million Mansion In California

David Hasselhoff recently purchased a $2 million home in Calabasas, California.

According to Extra TV, Hasselhoff’s $1.9 million mansion is actually a little less extravagant than his old home in San Fernando Valley. Still, the new Hasselhome will make a more than adequate dwelling place for the Hoff and his girlfriend Hayley Roberts.

TMZ reports that the new 5,767-square ft. Mediterranean home features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and its own basketball court. The house is also located in a gated community near the homes of Paris Hilton, Justin Beiber and Britney Spears.

The former Baywatch star and his girlfriend have been looking at houses in England but the Hoff apparently isn’t ready to kiss California goodbye just yet. After all, Hasselhoff is scheduled to star in the Baywatch reboot.

Hasselhoff said: “We looked at a couple of houses there and have found a place in a little village called Broadway, which we’ve put an offer in for. The Cotswolds won’t know what has hit them. I’m hoping the locals take to us though.”

News about Hasselhoff’s $2 million real estate purchase comes just a few months after the actor sold his $3.75 million home in the San Fernando Valley. After the sale, rumors started circulating that the actor would be moving out of the United States to the English countryside. For the moment, that plan has been put on hold.
