Jesse James Chops Pinky Off: Shares Photos


Jesse James chopped his pinky off and has shared the photos. The reality star, best known for his appearance on Outlaw Garage, cut off the end of his finger during an accident while customizing a car.

James was working on a custom made fender when his hand bumped against one of the machines in the shop. He states that he didn’t even realize what happened until a few moments later. When his hand brushed against the machine, James chopped his pinky off.

As reported by ABC, James was wearing gloves at the time, but they did not save his finger. He explains that when he noticed the end of his glove was cut, he felt around for the end of his finger. He then realized that part of his pinky was gone.

James eventually found the end of his finger inside the glove. His wife transported him to the hospital for treatment. While waiting for surgery, James decided to use social media to announce that he chopped his pinky off. He included several gruesome photos.

Doctors were able to create a skin graft, using the sliced off finger. The graft will help the wound heal more efficiently.

As reported by SoftPedia, James was quick to brag about his refusal of painkillers. He states: “They totally trying to give me morphine, and I’m like, ‘No, I’m fine, I’m cool. I’m all right. I can just take the pain.’ ”

James is know for his custom made motorcycles. As the former owner of West Coast Choppers, he became a reality star. He is also known for his marriage, and nasty divorce, from Sandra Bullock. James was accused of cheating on Bullock with “multiple women.”
