Selena Gomez Spotted At Justin Bieber’s House 24 Hours After He Returns To L.A.
Selena Gomez may be available in every way, but she was also spotted driving away from Justin Bieber’s Los Angeles home on Tuesday (May 14).

It seems despite last Friday’s Kiss 108 interview in which the “Come and Get It” singer affirmed her single status to the entire world, Gomez still found herself at Bieber’s less than 24 hours after he returned from his final Believe tour show in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Speculation that the once sweethearts, who dated for two years before splitting around December last year, were resuming their relationship, sparked after the actress flew to Oslo, Norway in April while her ex-beau played there.
Sources said the pair were seen kissing and holding hands, while descriptions of their “intense” and “crazy connection” (the same words later echoed by Gomez in a May interview with InStyle magazine), suggested their romance was back on.
Then came those Instagrams.
The first showed Bieber and Gomez together in a pose that was friendly but not overly intimate. The Canadian deleted it soon after posting.
At the time, Gomez was traveling with the Believe tour. After Oslo, the 20-year-old followed on to Copenhagen, Denmark, then to Stockholm, Sweden.
But it was the second Instagram posted by Bieber on April 26 that really set the gossip vine alight. It showed the shirtless teen star focused on his laptop while Gomez hugged him from behind while squinting at the camera. The caption read:
” ‘You’ve been makin’ music for too long baby come cuddle me — her.’ ”
Inevitably, reaction online and elsewhere reasonably assumed Jelena was back in business. But that’s the problem with assumption.
A point brought up by Gomez during a guest spot last month on the Elvis Duran Z100 Morning Show when she said:
“I feel within my music, and even how I handle myself in interviews, people think they know, but they really actually don’t … In a way, I like to keep myself a little bit private, but at the same time people do assume things.”
A later soundbite from the Spring Breaker actress in InStyle while appearing on the glossy’s June issue cover, revealed:
“You can’t help who you date. So I wouldn’t swear off that or say that’s what I want again. I don’t know. I’m a kid and a breakup is normal,” she added,”I have to go through the emotions and feel it out. I’m doing my own thing, being with my friends, and he’s doing very well too.”
For his part, Bieber has ‘said’ nothing about his relationship status.
After returning to Los Angeles on Monday, May 13, the 19-year-old tweeted his fans that he was taking a few days to “chill” before thanking them for an “amazing” tour. The Believe tour will kick off again on June 22 in San Diego.
He was later spotted on Tuesday driving his white Ferrari with rapper Lil Za to Hollywood’s Studio City. With only a few days to go until his performance at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards on May 19, it looks like it’s back to the grind for the teen singer before a well-earned break.
As for Gomez and Bieber’s ambiguous relationship, despite unattributed source reports about resentments over “booty calls” and Gomez’s recent declaration, it seems these two can’t keep away from each other.
Bottom line? No-one outside their inner circles knows for sure what’s going on, and it’s likely that’s exactly how the ‘are they/aren’t they?’ pair want it.
