Kate Moss gets naked as the new representative for St. Tropez self-tanner. It’s really the only way to prove that a product doesn’t turn you orange or leave weird streaks in whacky places. Now, I like to get as catty as the next person, but I have to admit that the 39-year-old supermodel looks absolutely spectacular in the ad campaign photos. You can see what many people think is the best photo below.
Not hint of orange anywhere to be seen. Her lovely skin is all pure gold.
“You don’t have that fear which I always did of going streaky and not being able to fix it — total nightmare. There is no reason to go around with that pasty pallor anymore,” Moss said in a statement for St. Tropez.
Michelle Feeney, CEO of PZ Cussons Beauty, loves her right back: “We’re absolutely thrilled that Kate Moss has chosen to work with us on our new campaign: it gives us the ultimate stamp of approval on the quality of our products. Kate epitomises St.Tropez’s naturally glamorous approach to self-tanning.”
PZ Cussons Beauty owns the St. Tropez line of self-tanning products currently available in 18 countries including the US and the UK.
As a model required to protect her skin, Kate Moss said that she’d been self-tanning since she was a teen-ager. “I didn’t want to be the only white person at the beach,” she confessed as she described her first trip to Ibiza, when she used the St. Tropez tanning product for the first time.
I’ve had the same feeling but somehow it just didn’t work out the same way for me. Heh. Maybe I used the wrong product all these years, who knows?
There’s also a behind-the-scenes video which shows how her stylists help Moss get ready for the camera.
I’m not 100 percent sure I could get the same result, but a girl can always dream, right? What do you think about the Kate Moss naked photo shoot?
