Khloe Kardashian has managed to unleash a massive storm as a photo of her flaunting her shredded abs in a sports bra makes waves. The 37-year-old reality star and Good American founder is this month fronting Health magazine - while Khloe has often stated she was once referred to as "the fast sister," she's now in the best shape of her life.

Khloe updated her Instagram this week to promote the cover, but a comment from a celebrity has been deemed inappropriate and "concerning."

Stuns On Cover Of 'Health' Magazine

Scroll for the photo. Workout queen Khloe, known for her daily sweat sessions, had posed with a six-pack rivaling that of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was shot amid blush pinks and sitting on a ledge as she went sporty and trendy.

Wearing high-waisted brown cycling shorts matching hints of a visible bra, Khloe showcased her incredible figure in a gray crop top, also wearing matching rib knit socks and sneakers. Heavy contouring and makeup, plus hair worn down completed the look.

Taking to her caption, the denim and swimwear designer wrote: "Thank you Health Magazine for having me on your cover. I worked so hard in the gym for this and I celebrated with pizza (my weakness) right afterwards." Khloe also thanked the entire creative and glam team over at Health.

Comments quickly came in - notably from mom Kris Jenner and sister Kylie Jenner, but it was a reply from BFF Malika Haqq that got eyebrows raised. See what she said after the snap.

'Never Eating Again' Comment

Malika, who has featured on KUWTK over the years, replied: "I'm never eating again" with a whoa sad-face emoji. The response proved immense as fans jumped in to challenge the reply and deem it going against a positive body image.

"It's not to late to delete this toxic AF response," one angry user replied. Another told the reality face to basically read the room, with a third writing: "@malika that’s a… very sensitive topic. Be cautious honey. I’m sure you don’t mean to send a wrong message."

Told It's 'Concering'

Also unimpressed was a fan writing: "THAT is concerning !" as they replied to another user. "Are YOU being a good role model....scrolling social media and picking a part a conversation of TV reality stars, joking amongst themselves, making them feel bad about themselves and question their own integrity. That's what YOU set out to do today????"

Malika appears to have taken the advice of the user telling her to delete her comment - it's vanished. Khloe has remained silent in the storm.
