Jessica Simpson, who dropped 100 pounds in 2019 and seems to have kept the weight off, has been showing her Instagram followers that it isn't just rabbit food she eats. The 41-year-old actress and singer has been all about the bacon as a photo shows her at a diner and with 9-year-old daughter Maxwell - while it was a massive bacon strip Jessica was eating, the fashion mogul did reveal a slightly unusual way to eating it. Check it out below.

Always Time For Bacon

Scroll for the photo. It comes some months after Jessica admitted she has no idea what she weighs - the Dukes of Hazzard star this year revealed she's thrown her scales out.

Showing off her appetite and her sense of fun, the blonde bombshell was snapped with Maxwell and at a booth - both mother and daughter had their mouths holding up a massive strip of bacon, with the photo also showing a table full of other breakfast foods including fruit and glasses of juice.

The Jessica Simpson Style founder, looking super-slim as she held up the bacon strip, pulled a comical expression as she wore a black graphic tee, hat, and necklaces, with the caption reading: "My kids make fun of me since I only eat the tips of the bacon 🥓."

Jessica had also tagged husband Eric Johnson, plus Beyonce's Ivy Park clothing line, seen on daughter Maxwell. "That is the most Jessica Simpson thing I’ve ever heard," a fan quickly replied. More photos after the snap!

Dropping 100 Pounds In Six Months

In 2020, Jessica revealed she'd tipped the scales at close to 300 pounds, telling Hollywood Life she was in the "high two hundreds." Her actual weight-loss diet was revealed by trainer Harley Pasternak, who dished:

“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner. As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top."

Treating Herself To Mac And Cheese

The mom of three, whose poolside yoga shots remind fans of her workout philosophies, has since opened up to confirm she does treat herself. Jessica spoke out last year, revealing:

"I personally don’t stay away from foods if I want something, I’ll have some of it, but I’m good at putting it down. I mean, listen, I have kids, so if I want, I eat like a kid. I like corn dogs and mac and cheese – you don’t limit yourself.”
