Kristin Cavallari is revealing what lands on her plate as she stuns in a bikini during her Mexico travels. The 34-year-old reality star and Uncommon James founder might have her reveal over ex Jay Cutler dominating headlines, but there was plenty of interest in her diet and exercise routine this week as Us Weekly asked questions - and got answers. The Laguna Beach alum was happy to talk food, even revealing that she's into a high-fat diet complete with noodles and butter. Check it out below.

The MTV face, whose 4.1 million Instagram followers just today got a fun beach snap and the blonde looking sensational in a white bikini, revealed she weighs 120 pounds at 5'3'', but that she only feels she needs to work out for 45 minutes a day to stay in shape.

"I like having some muscle definition without being bulky or looking "jacked,"' she said.

The super-fit star then dished on what she does in the gym, revealing: "I lift weights, but I do circuit training to keep my heart rate up. I also started doing hot yoga every once in a while. I don't do it as often as I would like, but I love it when I'm able to make it happen."

Talk also covered food, with Kristin saying she had an "all or nothing" relationship with food in her 20s and that the balance she's now found has helped her massively. Scroll for more photos.

Talking Noodles

Kristin, a mom to kids Camden, Saylor, and Jaxon, confirmed that it's a regular affair when it comes to nightly dinners. Every night, the Uncommon Beauty founder eats with her kids at 5.15 p.m.:

"My kids love pasta," she said. "We use brown rice noodles or lentil noodles.'" Calling the way she eats a "lifsetyle," Kristin added it's "tons of veggies, meat, nuts and seeds, complex carbs like buckwheat soba noodles, berries, tons of fat — I even eat butter." More photos below.

Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner

Kristin was also happy to give example of what she dishes up for all three meals.

While breakfast can be scrambled eggs with goat cheese, avocado and sautéed spinach, lunch is a "big salad." Dinner, meanwhile is enchilada casseroles, burrito bowls and poké bowls.

"I make dinner 90 percent of the time. I think that's important because that's the only way to truly know what's in your food. When I go out to eat or go on vacation, I eat whatever I want and then I really enjoy it," Cavallari added.
