Wednesday's episode of General Hospital brings intense developments, spoilers tease. Finn and Elizabeth are hiding a massive secret and it seems likely they will slip up and reveal something they shouldn't sooner rather than later.
General Hospital fans are quite curious to see more regarding the supposedly dead Peter. The last time viewers saw Peter, he was unconscious with no pulse, bleeding on the landing of a stairwell at GH. Elizabeth declared him dead and convinced Finn to hide the body.
Finn wanted to call the police, but Elizabeth convinced him not to do that. They took care of Peter's body somehow and then returned to their duties. General Hospital viewers, however, were not filled in on what Liz and Finn did with Peter.
So far, Peter's body has not been found. Not only that, but Finn and Elizabeth haven't made any mention of his body or seem to worry it might be found. Should they be more worried?

In the meantime, General Hospital spoilers signal that Anna will be determined to find Peter. As far as she knows, Peter took baby Louise and went on the run, and Anna's determined to reunite Louise and Maxie.

Finn will surely dance around her question and come up with an excuse for whatever he said previously. It seems unlikely that Anna will suspect anything, as she would never anticipate Finn shoving Peter down a stairwell and hiding his dead body.
As SheKnows Soaps details, Finn will have a new idea during Wednesday's show. This is probably in regards to Chase's case, as that has nearly all of Finn's attention at the moment.
Chase believes he's dying, but General Hospital spoilers hint that won't be the case. The cure almost certainly hinges on Finn having another paternity test done, which surely would show Gregory as Chase's biological father after all. Viewers are anxiously waiting for Finn to have that crucial light-bulb moment, though it may not come quite yet.
