Keira Knightley weds James Righton in France

Keira Knightley has apparently found Mr. Right-on. So right-on for Keira Knightley.

But she may have recycled her wedding dress for the occasion.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actress wed Klaxons keyboard player James Righton in the south of France on Saturday. The Knightley family has owned a large home in the small town of Mazon since 2010. The family is said to keep a low-profile around town although residents know who they are.

Mazon’s mayor performed the equally low-key marriage ceremony, and the couple — who got engaged in May 2012 — recited their vows in both French and English. Reportedly only 12 people were in attendance at the ceremony that either took place in the town hall. The couple drove off in an old silver Renault Clio for a a big party followed at the $4 million Knightley mansion, however. There were about 50 invited guests for the wedding reception, with Righton’s band providing the entertainment.

No one got thirsty because the family apparently made sure to have 120 bottles of red and white wine on hand at their lavish home. “The estate has an eight bedroom house, where Knightley has been staying with Righton. It also has a vineyard and is set within olive groves and truffle oaks, close to Mount Ventoux – one of the most famous mountains in France for its frequent appearances along the route of the Tour de France.”

Keira Knightley – who gained initial prominence with her breakthrough role in Bend It Like Beckham — and her new husband may also throw a party back in London to commemorate their nuptials.

There are now reports, for what it’s worth, that Keira Knightley may have worn her wedding dress on a previous occasion. According to a prominent fashionista, “Keira’s wedding dress looks like the Rodarte that she wore to a pre-Bafta party in 2008. She made it look quite different for her wedding, with a white Chanel tweed jacket, bare legs and ballet pumps, but it certainly looks like the same dress.”
