Rob Kardashian Sued For Assault, Robbery

Rob Kardashian has been sued for assault and robbery after he allegedly stole a photographer’s camera and then removed its memory card.

The member of the paparazzi was photographing Kardashian while he worked out without his shirt on at a West Hollywood gym.

Andra Vaik was taking photographs of Rob when he walked up to her, snatched the camera, and took out the memory card. Rob gave back the camera but kept the memory card.

Snoops say Rob Kardashian wasn’t happy that he was being photographed with some added weight.

Andra Vaik’s lawyer tells TMZ:

“While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified.”

Rob Kardashian has claimed his innocence, claiming he only acted in a responsible manner after Vaik snuck into the gym’s garage in order to violate his privacy. Rob claims that Vaik hit inside her car until just the right moment and then jumped up to snap the photographs.

Recent reports suggested that Rob Kardashian may have struck the female photographer during the confrontation.

The Kardashian sisters have no problem jumping in front of a camera every chance they get; apparently Rob Kardashian isn’t so enthused by that prospect.

On a more positive note, Rob still had more clothes on than Kim when she made her grand entrance into the reality TV scene.
