Kate Hudson Surprise Birthday Party A Star Studded Affair

Kate Hudson’s surprise birthday party was heavily attended by some of the actresses A-list celebrity friends.

The party was at least partly a shock because she turned 34 on April 19. Whether this was a planned party that was meant to come out of nowhere or simply when they could get everyone together it went down about 10 days after the big day.

This is hardly the first surprise that Goldie Hawn‘s daughter has admitted to. Earlier in the month the actress admitted that she was shocked at the fact that she was pregnant just two months into the romance with rocker Matt Bellamy.

This Kate Hudson surprise was certainly a bird of a different feather with friends like Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz showing up to the party.

The bash was apparently planned and put together by Bellamy (now her fiance) and one attendee said that the was having a marvelous time.

While she had previously said that she certainly didn’t mind just spending her birthday hanging out with her family, it appeared that the presence of close friends at the get together was welcomed.

For her actual birthday, the Reluctant Fundamentalist actress spent the evening watching her soon-to-be husband’s band Muse perform at the IZOD center in New Jersey.

A friend of the couple has commented that they seem very happy together and that they are clearly supportive of each others’ career.

Bellamy certainly seems to have figured out how to work around the actress’ busy schedule. Not only does she appear in the Reluctant Fundamentalist but she has also logged appearances in Glee over the last few years.

In addition to that the 34-year-old is attached to at least five other projects that are currently in the works or in pre-production.

With all that, its a wonder that Kate Hudson was able to attend her own surprise party.
