For the occasion, the Florida-based beauty wore a shorts and sports bra combination. The sports bra was a heather gray hue and featured a low scooped neckline that showcased her toned shoulders and décolletage. The straps were a thinner style, and the hemline of the garment cropped just below the bust so that Rodriguez’s abs were on full display.
The Instagram star coupled the top with a pair of tiny yoga shorts. The bright yellow color was not only a festive shade for the end of the summer, but also flattered the model’s bronzed skin.
The high-waisted silhouette extended up to Rodriguez’s belly button to highlight her hourglass figure. The skintight material hugged her curves to their best advantage. The short garment left her toned and tanned legs on full display.
Rodriguez finished the outfit with a pair of gray sneakers and a practical ponytail.
In her caption, Rodriguez confessed that she found it difficult to consistently exercise in the gym while wearing a mask, so she decided to head outside to complete her new workout. The fitness instructor added that the demonstrated routine was one of her favorites because it could be completed anywhere and only required a heavy dumbbell.
However, Rodriguez also warned that despite its simplicity, it was incredibly effective.
“It hits your glutes SO good!” she wrote.
Rodriguez completed a dumbbell deadlift for her first exercise. Next came a sumo squat, during which the fitness instructor reminded fans to keep their knees turned outwards and push through the heel.
Third was a dumbbell thrust, and the final move move consisted of alternating reverse lunges.

HOTEL WORKOUT! I’m SO over training in a mask (not to mention is anyone else starting breakout around their chin from wearing one all the time ????????) grabbed a DB and headed outside! . This is probably one of the workout circuits I complete pretty much anytime I’m training out of a hotel gym! All you need is a heavy-ish dumbbell and it hits your glutes SO good! . Perform each move back to back and rest for 1 min before the next round! Repeat for 4 rounds! . Dumbbell Deadlift – 15 reps slow and controlled. Make sure your weight is in your heels when sitting back to really target those glutes! . Sumo Squat – 15 reps slow and controlled with a little pause at the bottom. Spread your knees outward and drive through your heels on the way up! . Dumbbell Thrust (Kettlebell swing alternative) x 30 seconds. Squeeze your glutes while thrusting forward and keep your core tight throughout the movement! . Alternating Reverse Lunges – 16 reps (8 each leg) Keep a slight forward lean when pushing back up to starting position . **repeat for 4 rounds**
