Justin Bieber Cancels Show In Oman

Justin Bieber has canceled an upcoming show in Oman.

The Canadian pop singer was scheduled to play a show on May 6 in Oman. Bieber canceled that show and announced that he would be playing an additional concert in Dubai on May 5.

Oman concert organizers Alive Entertainment announced today that fans in Oman will be able to get a full refund for their tickets. If they still want to go to the concert they will be able to exchange their tickets for the Dubai show.

Alive Entertainment said in a statement: “[We] regret to announce that the Oman show will no longer take place [and] due to overwhelming regional demand, a second show in Dubai has today been announced for May 5th.”

Thomas Oversen, COO of Done Events, the company organizing the Dubai shows, said: “Adding a second show to his first-ever Middle East visit gives Justin Bieber and our team another great opportunity to accommodate the huge demand from Middle East fans who want to see the show. We are very excited that Justin Bieber has agreed to extend his Dubai stay by another day to help fulfill the dreams of more regional fans.”

The Dubai shows will be the only two that Justin Bieber plays in the Middle East. At least for now. There are rumors circulating that the pop star is looking to buy a home in Dubai.

Bieber is just one of many stars to cancel concerts this week. Rihanna and Meat Loaf were both to cancel concerts this week due to illness.
