Brittany Matthews, the girlfriend of NFL star Patrick Mahomes, flaunted her fit figure in a revealing outfit for her latest workout videos on Instagram. She uploaded four clips where she performed various lower body exercises while wearing a low-cut top and tight leggings.
The 24-year-year is known for dating Mahomes and posting fitness tips online, and in this post, she shared a routine that could be completed at home. Her long blond hair was tied up in a bun, and she rocked a black sports bra with small shoulder straps. She wore a pair of blacked-out leopard-print leggings, and black socks.
Matthews performed each movement on top of a peach-colored mat that was placed in front of a large TV. For the first clip, she used a barbell that rested on her shoulders. The Texas native faced the camera as she bent down to complete squats. With each repetition fans were treated to a view of her assets.

In the second clip, Matthews was recorded from the side as she did single leg Romanian deadlifts into a lunge. The social media influencer held two barbells and reached down to her toes, and then put one leg behind her body. This angle gave viewers a shot of her sculpted backside.
The former soccer pro was joined by two furry companions in the third clip, as her dogs came into frame. Matthews did sumo deadlifts while holding a large dumbbell in front of her body. She slowly squatted down for each rep. For the final video, Matthews rested against an exercise ball to do hip thrusts. The model held a weight on her midsection as she thrust her pelvis upward.
In the caption, Matthews included instructions for each routine, and mentioned how much she enjoys at-home leg days. The videos were uploaded to her page on Friday afternoon.
Many of the influencer’s 527,000 Instagram followers noticed the update, and more than 8,200 showed their appreciation by hitting the “like” button in just over two hours after it went live. The comments section was filled with compliments and questions.
“You are fire Britt,” an Instagram user wrote alongside two fire emoji.
“I have trouble keeping my back flat on deadlifts. Any suggestions?” one follower asked.
“Give us a bun tutorial! Us long, thick haired girls need to know!!” another inquired.
“Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to get myself in shape in the privacy of my home,” a fan wrote.
