Rihanna Tells L.A Audience She Doesn’t Understand Love, Then Makes Up With Chris Brown

For Rihanna and Chris Brown the course of true love hasn’t exactly been smooth.

The Bajan singer was assaulted by Brown in 2009 and their relationship came to an end. Fast forward past her Oprah Winfrey interview and the couple were reunited by September last year.

Recently however, trouble has visited Breezy and RiRi’s brand of paradise, with reports that the pair had ended their rekindled romance after an evening out at an L.A. club on April 8. Brown was reportedly chatting to a blonde woman but as it turned out it was an innocent exchange.

The blonde in question, Kesha Kimball, told TMZ:

“I am always Chris’ waitress… Nothing has ever happened. I just work there. In the photos, he was handing me a bottle to drink out of. Of course people are going to twist it another way. I don’t go for black guys.”

She added: “Whatever is going on between Rihanna and Chris Brown is between them. I’m not trying to be a home wrecker.”

Since then, Rihanna sparked more rumors that all is not well in her relationship when she spoke to the crowd at her Los Angeles concert on Monday night.

“How many of you are in love? How many of you hate love? How many of you don’t f––ing understand it?” Rihanna told the Staples Center audience while on stage, before singing “What Now.”

“I’m in that group,” she declared.

In case that isn’t enough of a clue on how the Unapologetic singer was feeling, the lyrics to “What Now” begin:

“I’ve been ignoring this big lump in my throat/I shouldn’t be crying, tears were for the weaker days/I’m stronger, now what, so I say/But something’s missing.”

But for those that weren’t exactly singing it from the rooftops when Brown and Rihanna got back together, don’t count the couple out just yet.

Following her stage admission, the “Diamonds” singer posted a photo of her and Brown to Twitter on Wednesday.

In it, the pair can be seen enjoying the L.A sunshine, with Rihanna resting her head on Brown while he drives a convertible.

Laughing at her ‘crazy-in-love’ hair, the 24-year-old captioned another shot:

“This s*** look like a toupee.”

Rihanna and Brown reportedly then went on shopping together after meeting up with RiRi’s best frriend Melissa Forde.

So, it seems like it’s back on for the tempestuous twosome. Until, of course, next time.
