Fitness model Lisa Lanceford posted a new workout video to popular social media site Instagram on Wednesday, June 3, that targeted her ab muscles.
The fitness trainer wore a light-blue outfit for the workout that consisted of a sports bra and leggings. The top gave viewers an eyeful of Lisa’s sculpted arms, shoulders, and upper back. The leggings, made of a mottled blue material, clung to the model’s toned lower body and emphasized her muscular thighs. A gap between the top and bottoms showed off Lisa’s enviable ab muscles.
Lisa completed the outfit with a black exercise watch and a pair of gray socks, opting to forgo her typical sneakers for the indoor workout. She pulled her dark tresses back into a low bun and appeared to be wearing a bit of eye makeup and lip gloss.
The ab workout included four exercises that were split into separate slides in the post. Lisa used a pink exercise mat to create a barrier between her body and the tile floor and relied on body weight for resistance.
Lisa began the first video with a quick shot of her ab muscles, capturing her figure from her upper thighs to her shoulders. She pulled up her bra and flattened her chest with one hand while tugging down slightly on the leggings to give her followers a complete view of her sculpted midsection.

Lisa began the workout with a series of heel taps, laying down on the mat with her knees bent and stretching one hand toward her heel, alternating sides with each move. In the second video, she gave her followers a demonstration of the bird dog exercise, getting down on all fours and stretching one arm in front of her while extending the opposite leg out behind her and then switching sides.
The third exercise in the circuit was alternating knee raises while lying back on the mat. Lisa kept her knees and feet raised in the air for this exercise. The fourth exercise shown in the post was bear crawl shoulder taps. A final slide, unrelated to the workout, showed short clips of the model performing a variety of exercises in different places to promote her workout programs.
In the caption, Lisa asked her followers if they were ready for a simple yet effective ab routine and then expressed her hope that they liked the exercises. The post earned several thousand likes and dozens of comments from fans within the first hour of appearing on the social media site.
