Emma Watson Tattoo On GQ Cover Is Fake

Emma Watson doesn’t look like herself on this month’s cover of GQ Magazine. She’s wearing a revealing outfit and some huge hoop earrings. Watson even has a tattoo on her hip.

But don’t worry. It isn’t real.

Watson posed for the cover of GQ as her character from The Bling Ring.

And the tattoo isn’t the only difference between Watson and her character. The British actress said that it was challenging playing her Bling Ring character because it was such a departure from her self and her normal roles.

Watson said: “This has been a really big departure for me. It’s a really big character. That’s so exciting for me because it meant I was really acting …

“… The character is everything that I felt strongly against. She’s superficial, materialistic, vain, amoral. She’s all of these things and I realized that I hated her. How do you play someone you hate? But I found it really interesting and it gave me a whole new insight into what my job or my role as an actress could be.”

Emma Watson’s hip tattoo isn’t the only ink on the actress’ body for the new movie. Photos from the set revealed that the actress also has a tattoo on her lower back.
