Hayden Panettiere ‘Messy Generation’ Explains Why She’s Not A Like Lindsay Lohan

The Hayden Panettiere Glamour magazine interview has been giving us all a glimpse into the life of the former Heroes star.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Hayden Panettiere spoke about motherhood, saying, “It wouldn’t shock me!” when asked if Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko could be the father of her children. Wladimir Klitschko is rumored to be engaged to Hayden Panettiere, who says, “Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there’s nothing that I feel like I can’t accomplish while having children in my life.”

For Glamour, Hayden Panettiere showed off her singing voice and her beach body, sporting several different bikinis and swimsuits. But Hayden Panettiere was quick to point out that she’s not flawless:

“I will never say that I’m perfect; I will never pretend to be perfect. That’s just unrealistic. You’re kind of unexpectedly put in this position of becoming a role model; that’s not something you choose.”

At one point Glamour asked how, as a child star, Hayden Panettiere did not let her life become a mess like other young starlets in her generation, Lindsay Lohan and Amand Bynes. Hayden Panettiere says the influence of her parents is what kept her on the right track:

“I came up in the Messy Generation. The generation of the disaster child. It’s not that I didn’t go to clubs, have my picture taken. I was 16 years old. I was experimenting just like any kid. But I had friends and family around me to yank me back when I was heading in the wrong direction… The thing that really saved me was that I still had that healthy fear of my parents—I still had a midnight curfew at 18!”
