Savannah Prez put on a sexy and leggy display for her 700,000-plus Instagram followers earlier today. Amid the COVID-19 crisis, many celebrities and influencers have been taking to their popular pages to share their thoughts on the worldwide pandemic, which is exactly what Prez did this afternoon.

In the beautiful new shot, the Belgian fitness model appeared outside, and she appeared to be practicing social distancing. No other people were in sight. The brunette beauty struck a pose in the middle of a street, one that was lined with trees. She geotagged her location as being somewhere in her home country of Belgium.

Though her message was serious, Prez put on a happy face for the camera, grinning from ear to ear. She kept things casual in her usual workout attire, the centerpiece of which was a puffy white jacket that had a black Nike logo embroidered on it.

The bodybuilder added a pair of tiny turquoise shorts to the look, showcasing her muscular quads. Prez completed the workout-chic look with a pair of laceless white sneakers. She wore her long dark locks down and straight, adding a slight application of makeup that included mascara and dark eyeliner.

In the caption, the YouTube star touched on the state of the world right now, acknowledging that it is a tough time for all — and that the lack of access to a gym is making things even tougher.

Crazy things are going on at this time all around the world and some of us have no access to the gym anymore, which absolutely sucks. HOWEVER our health comes first and the better we all follow the rules the faster we can pick up our normal daily activities again.???????? But some messaged me because they’re a little scared to lose muscle during this period? . If you can’t train for 3-4 weeks due to any reason, chances are you might think you’ve lost some muscle because you simply feel smaller. No weight training means the muscles are not pumped (which definitely makes a big difference) and this causes also a drop in glycogen levels and water stores within the muscles which make a big difference in how “big” they appear. Now I won’t say there’s no chance for actual muscle loss within this time but you can definitely minimize it when you take care of this: . ⚡️ Eat at maintenance calories to maintain your current body composition ⚡️ Eat a high protein diet (preferably 1.6-2g / kg bodyweight) ⚡️ Stay active through bodyweight workouts or simply looking after your daily steps . Don’t be afraid to lose “all” of your muscles just within a few weeks.. If you focus on these tips you’ll see little difference, and trust me as soon as you get back into your normal routine you’ll be the old same. ????????????

The social media star offered up some great advice to her followers, telling them how to maintain their workout routine as well as giving tips on adopting a healthy lifestyle. Within a few minutes of having been shared, the post racked up over 8,000 likes and 100-plus comments. Many fans quickly commented on the image to thank her for her advice, while others weighed in on the COVID-19 outbreak.

“Beautiful love the work u put in,” one of Prez’s fans wrote, adding a single red heart emoji to the end of their comment.

“Those legs broke the street,” another Instagram user added.

“I would not want to get kicked by you with those quads,” a third follower commented in addition to a crying face emoji.

Earlier this week, The Inquisitr reported that Prez had shared another photo, this time posing while clad in a dressier outfit. In the caption of that share, she touched on the coronavirus topic once again, expressing her disappointment over traveling to Paris only to have a concert that she was supposed to attend be canceled.
