Savannah Prez put on a sexy and leggy display for her 700,000-plus Instagram followers earlier today. Amid the COVID-19 crisis, many celebrities and influencers have been taking to their popular pages to share their thoughts on the worldwide pandemic, which is exactly what Prez did this afternoon.
In the beautiful new shot, the Belgian fitness model appeared outside, and she appeared to be practicing social distancing. No other people were in sight. The brunette beauty struck a pose in the middle of a street, one that was lined with trees. She geotagged her location as being somewhere in her home country of Belgium.
Though her message was serious, Prez put on a happy face for the camera, grinning from ear to ear. She kept things casual in her usual workout attire, the centerpiece of which was a puffy white jacket that had a black Nike logo embroidered on it.
The bodybuilder added a pair of tiny turquoise shorts to the look, showcasing her muscular quads. Prez completed the workout-chic look with a pair of laceless white sneakers. She wore her long dark locks down and straight, adding a slight application of makeup that included mascara and dark eyeliner.
In the caption, the YouTube star touched on the state of the world right now, acknowledging that it is a tough time for all — and that the lack of access to a gym is making things even tougher.

Now I won’t say there’s no chance for actual muscle loss within this time but you can definitely minimize it when you take care of this: . ⚡️ Eat at maintenance calories to maintain your current body composition ⚡️ Eat a high protein diet (preferably 1.6-2g / kg bodyweight) ⚡️ Stay active through bodyweight workouts or simply looking after your daily steps . Don’t be afraid to lose “all” of your muscles just within a few weeks.. If you focus on these tips you’ll see little difference, and trust me as soon as you get back into your normal routine you’ll be the old same. ????????????
