Kayla Itsines’ most recent social media share has her fans drooling. As those who follow the Aussie fitness model on Instagram know, Itsines has never been shy when it comes to flaunting her killer figure for fans in a variety of NSFW outfits that include bikinis, workout gear, and more. In the latest clip added to her popular feed, the bombshell showcased the body that helped to make her famous.
In the caption of the video, she did not specifically mention to followers where she was, but it appeared to be in a warmer climate as she did a killer workout routine on a grassy outdoor area. The short clip showed the stunner powering through a number of different workouts, including one where she jumped rope. She did the routine while clad in a red sports bra and short little shorts. Her taut tummy and toned, tanned legs were on full display not to mention the fact that she looked incredibly fit in the clip. The bombshell completed her look with a pair of new white sneakers.
For the occasion, the social media sensation wore her long, dark locks pulled back in a sky-high ponytail, and she appeared to be wearing minimal makeup with just a little bit of eyeliner and mascara. The smokeshow gave her Instagram followers a run-down of the workout routine in the caption. Since it went live on her page, it’s earned a ton of attention from her legion of fans.

Skipping is a great way to increase the intensity of any workout. You can take your workout from low intensity, to high intensity VERY quickly by including skipping in between each exercise. This is an example of something I love to do and how I break up my exercises eg. push ups, skip, sit ups, skip etc. For me, when I have minimal equipment available, this is my go-to because I can get a great workout in outdoors, JUST using a skipping rope. I personally try to include 50 reps in between each exercise.
