Ryan Dunn’s Haunted Car Crash Parts Up For Sale On Craigslist

You can buy just about anything on Craigslist. The only marketplace sells old furniture, music instruments, fitness equipment, haunted car parts from a dead celebrity… Yep, somebody is trying to sell the car parts from the crash that killed Jackass star Ryan Dunn.

Now, we’re not talking about steering wheels or engines or anything that might actually be useful if you were restoring a Porsche 911 GT3. Instead, the sale is for a shoebox made of metal junk.

Oh, and the box could be haunted.

The seller writes: “A week after the accident I went to the accident and scooped up minor parts I saw lying on the ground. The parts are all remotely tiny, and all fit in a shoebox. I don’t want them anymore because weird shit has happened since I put it under my bed.”

The seller admits that it was a little weird to collect parts from the crash site but says that he/she is just a huge fan of Ryan Dunn and the show Jackass.

The seller continues: “I guess it’s because it’s a weird thing to have, but I was a huge Jackass fan and thought it would be a cool something to have. If you want proof they are his parts, I have pictures of the crash site I took myself.”

The ad was put up on March 10 but it doesn’t look like anyone’s shelled out $300 for Ryan Dunn’s haunted car parts yet. If you’re interested, you can check out the sale here.

Dunn was killed in 2011 after crashing his Porsche 911 GT3. Dunn, who was drunk at the time of the accident, was reportedly driving in excess of 130 mph. A passenger was also killed in the crash.

Last year, the family of the victim sued Ryan Dunn’s estate over the fatal car crash.

Are you surprised that someone is trying to sell car parts from Ryan Dunn’s fatal accident? Do you think anyone will pony up $300?
