Playboy model Sarah Harris is working out in a pair of blue leggings that show off her pert posterior in the newest video on her Instagram page. In the shared clip, the blond beauty does a variety of strength-focused exercises with weights, including deadlifts and hip thrusts. She's also using a resistance band emblazoned with the logo of the sponsor of this video, Bang Energy.
"Back at the gym! I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow," she wrote in the caption. "What motivates you to train? I've slipped off the bandwagon lately and feeling really tired and unmotivated."
Sarah later disclosed that she had recently started adding more protein to her diet and asked her 2.2 million followers for their health and fitness recommendations.
In the comments, some of her fans shared their tips.
"I just get up and do it, I workout at home because I don't have a babysitter haha," one fan wrote. "But I know that if I don't do it I'm going to fall back big time and I want to get closer to my goal."
Other commenters focused on complimenting Sarah's figure.

Sarah touted the benefits of the snack in the caption mentioning that they're a great source of protein that's easy to add to her meal plans when she wants a healthy snack on the go.This isn't the first time that Sarah has shared a workout video on her Instagram page. On September 21, she uploaded another sponsored video for Bang Energy in which she's at the gym dressed in all-black activewear. Unlike her most recent video, Sarah mostly exercises her upper body in this clip. But she's seen biting into a Zero Impact Bar at one point in the clip and it's the same flavor.
