Belgian Fitness Model Savannah Prez Sizzles In Zebra-Print Swimsuit For Hot New Beach Snap: ‘Current Body’

Savannah Prez wants her Instagram fans to see what her body currently looks like as she explains that there is no one size fits all when it comes to fitness and health. On Wednesday, the Belgian fitness model took to the popular social media platform to share a snapshot of herself at the beach to showcase her killer curves as she addresses some questions her followers and clients often ask her about.

In her lengthy caption, she shares that the amount of calories, as well as macros, one eats depends on the personal goal and body constitution. She shared this photo to show that this is what she looks like when she is in maintenance mode, which means she is not counting her macros and calories.

The photo shows Prez posing on a beach in her native Belgium, as the geotag she included with her post indicates. She is leaning against a concrete slab as she poses with her back to the camera, putting her derriere front and center. The fitness model is rocking a one-piece bathing suit boasting a zebra print in black and white that features a thong bottom that further highlights her backside in the photo. Her one-piece appears to have a triangle-style top with thin straps that go over her shoulder, meeting in the back.

Current body ???? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I currently don’t really count my macros and calories and since my weight remains the same I guess I’m eating around maintenance atm. I still do cardio twice a week 25-30min and weighttraining 4-5x / week. I often get asked like “how many calories should I eat, should I do cardio aswell to build muscle”? How many calories you should eat totally depends on your goals, current body type and daily energy expenditure. Me eating 2700 kcals to build muscle won’t necessarily give you the same results as we are all different. Regarding nutrition it’s very important to set this personal. Macros in general don’t make ‘that’ much difference as long as you hit your protein intake and make sure your body is in a anabolic state. But what about carbs & fats? you can divide the fats and carbs as you personally prefer and feel most comfortable and energized with. Building a strong body isn’t a quick calculation. There’s no one success formula. You’ll go through different stages; beginner with no muscle, gain fatmass, get leaner, have less mass, no symmetry, get fuller again, build more muscle etc. It’s a long process where you’ll see your body in all different kind of stages, it’s not a quick fix but it’s the best feeling you can get. Seeing yourself growing stronger each phase.????????????????
