Rihanna’s Semi-Naked Pics Are Angering Her Mom

Rihanna is not ashamed of her body, a fact that has become evident by her self-submitted semi-nude photos that have been posted on Instagram and Twitter.

Despite the comfort she has with her own body, Rihanna’s mother is less than thrilled with her daughter’s decision to pose semi-nude for millions of fans.

Speaking to Elle UK this week, Rihanna revealed:

“I’m not afraid of any person in this world, but my mother, I’m terrified of her. She called me two days ago and reeled me in about two naked pictures [my pal] Melissa [Forde] put up on Instagram, a sneak peek from a photo book she’s making about me.”

Rihanna’s mom appeared to be most upset by her daughters naked wine pose and a photo in which she is smoking and bare from the waist down.

Not all of Rihanna’s posted photos feature her naked body. Others feature the popstar in revealing clothing such as the TwitPic photo shown at the top of this page.

Speaking about her mom’s tantrum over her recent photos, Rihanna says, “She went crazy on me, I was like, embarrassed. I felt like I got my ass whipped in front of my class at school! She humbled the f–k out of me.”

While Rihanna is being yelled at by her mom, the singer hasn’t exactly stopped posting provocative photos. Some photos arrive via fashion shoots while other appear to be Rihanna’s idea of a good time in front of the camera.

Becoming a popstar is one thing; maintaining the public’s interest is an entirely different beast. If Rihanna is attempting to stay in the public’s eye her semi-nude photos appear to be doing the trick.
