Mom Sells 18-Month-Old Daughter For Child Porn

Gary, IN — An Indiana mom is accused of selling her daughter to be used in porn videos, according to a federal complaint.

Natisha Hillard, 24, is charged with selling her 18-month-old daughter for the purpose of child pornography and with allowing the child to participate in the production of child pornography.

Christopher M. Bour, 39, is charged with buying a child to produce child pornography, producing child pornography, and possessing child pornography depicting a child under the age of 12.

The charges in the complaint cover the period between August 1, 2011 and February 14, 2013.

A woman who worked for Bour as a masseuse tipped off FBI officials when she saw porn videos playing on his computer during a visit. Bour tried to get the woman to photograph him having sex with the 18-month-old and claimed he had the mother’s consent. He also told her that the arrangement began when the girl was only four months old.

According to the complaint, Bour sent a text message to the woman on February 13 that read, “I was just seeing if u would hold the camera.” He then provided graphic descriptions of what he planned to do with the child.

The masseuse then notified authorities, and an FBI agent assumed her identity and continued texting Bour.

Bour was arrested last month and, when the FBI searched his home, he admitted to downloading child pornography but insisted that it was for “role playing.” He claimed he never sexually touched a child. He has been ordered held without bond pending trial and is set to be arraigned March 11. Records show that Hillard has also been ordered held without bond.

A similar situation occurred in Florida, when a mother pleaded guilty to selling her 6-year-old for money and drugs. Dalina Nicholas pleaded guilty to four counts of child neglect, but had a charge of sexual battery dropped in exchange for testimony against four others charged in the case. Nicholas’s lawyer claimed his client didn’t understand what was happening to her daughter because she had mental health and drug issues.

Across the pond, a British couple was charged with selling their 11-year-old daughter to a 76-year-old man for sex for $15 to $20. The girl was believed to have been pimped out by her parents over a five-year period. The couple and the man were arrested in Majorca.
