Country music star Taylor Swift has sold the Massachusetts home she reportedly bought to be near ex-boyfriend Conor Kennedy.

Swift was rumored to have purchased the property – located in Hannis Port, just steps away from the Kennedy family compound – in August 2012, just months after she was photographed on the Cape with Conor. The pair broke up a short time later, apparently giving Taylor more than enough reason to pawn the pad.

At 4,440 square feet the house, which sits on 1.11 acres, has seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a half-bath, features a private beach and a separate guest house on a private road with its own security guard.

According to E!News, it sold for $5,675,000 to a couple previously interested in the property.

Swift made a nearly $1 million profit after her team made a few improvements to home, which included renovating the kitchen, some bathrooms and replacing the septic system.

“It was like a house-flip,” a source told Vanity Fair. “A good short-term investment.”

When asked by Vanity Fair whether she purchased the Hyannis Port mansion to be closer to her then-BF, Swift neither directly denied nor confirmed the claim.

She instead quipped:

“People say that about me that I apparently buy houses near every boy ?I like — that’s a thing that I apparently do. If I like you I will apparently buy up the real-estate market just to freak you out so you leave me. Like that makes sense, like that’s something you should do.”

Since dating Conor Kennedy, Taylor Swift has been romantically linked to Harry Styles, Ed Sheeran and Tom Odell, but is currently thought to be single.
