Beyonce V Fest 2013 Tickets May Break Records, Sell Out In 20 Minutes

V Fest 2013 features Beyonce, Kings of Leon, and Emeli Sande among other musical performers. V Festival tickets went on sale this morning and they are expected to break records by selling out in 20 minutes.

A previously reported by The Inquisitr, Beyonce was previously confirmed to be the headliner for V Fest. V Festival organizers also announced other acts confirmed to perform, including Brit Awards queen Emeli Sande, Jessie J, Calvin Harris, Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding, Rudimental, The Vaccines, Fun., The Fratellis, The Script, Kendrick Lamar, Stereophonics, and many more.

V Fest takes place in Staffordshire and Chelmsford over the course of two days, August 17 and 18. Beyonce’s “Mrs. Carter Show” UK tour tickets sold out in just 10 minutes last weekend, so V Fest will be one of the last chances for Beyonce fans in England to see the pop star live.

According to Metro, Viagogo’s spokesperson Ed Parkinson believes that the popularity of Beyonce is why V Fest is selling out so quickly:

“V Festival could sell out in as little as 20 minutes, breaking all previous records thanks to Beyoncé’s headline slot. With many fans left empty-handed following the sale of her world tour, V Festival gives them another chance to see Mrs Carter live on stage.”

Ahead of the release of her highly anticipated album, Beyonce will travel to multiple countries before the last date on August 4 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
