Vintage Porn Collection Stolen From Michigan Home

Muskegon, MI – A man who claims to own one of the largest vintage porn collections in Michigan had his entire stash recently stolen from his home.

Earlie Johnson said he and his fiance returned home on Tuesday afternoon to find the door to their home kicked in. The culprits reportedly made off with three of the couple’s flat-screen televisions. Also counted among the missing items was Johnson’s impressive vintage porn collection.

According to WCSH, Johnson says he owned every film that featured an African-American porn actor. He added that some of the movies contains footage you can’t find anywhere else.

Some of the films in Johnson’s collection reportedly dated back as far as the 70s. When his fiance noticed the missing DVDs, Earlie said his heart sank. The couple reported the burglary to police.

He explained:

“My collection was the best in Michigan– a guy in Connecticut told me that. They came upon it and looked at the titles and realized what they had ran across and realized people will pay cash money for them DVDs.”

The Associated Press reports that the man’s vintage porn collection is worth between $6,500 and $7,500. Although Johnson said a “couple of people” were aware of his collection and its value, he said he didn’t know broke into his home. Police explained they currently do not have any suspects.

Earlie Johnson and his fiance want people to know they aren’t weird or freaky because they own pornography. The couple told WZZM 13 that the DVDs were used to keep their relationship healthy.

Johnson added:

“I’m not no scum bag guy, pervert, or nothing like that — I just thought it was cool to own my own porn collection. It keeps my relationship fresh and tight, and I learn stuff that I can use on her.”

Although the man’s DVDs might be gone for good, Johnson says he intends to start rebuilding the vintage porn collection thieves stole from his home.
