Amber Rose is sharing baby photos already.
“Best daddy ever,” the new mom, 29, captioned the picture. “Up with the baby so Muva can go back to sleep.”
The couple had kept the sex of the baby secret, and, shortly after the child was born on Thursday, Wiz Khalifa went on Twitter to announce to followers that they had a boy, Sebastian “The Bash” Taylor Thomaz.
Wiz and Amber chronicled the entire delivery and birth process through social media, MTV News noted. On Tuesday, Wiz posted a picture of a fetal monitor to Instagram and the caption “coming soon.” Many people thought that meant that Amber Rose was in labor, but Wiz tweeted on Wednesday that she wasn’t … not until the next day, that is.
The couple had more to share when the real delivery time came. Before Amber Rose posted the baby photo, she shared another shot of Wiz getting ready in the delivery room, covered in blue hospital scrubs.
Rose seemed thrilled to become a mother.
“I’m so happy you guys. I fell in love all over again,” Rose tweeted.
The couple has already gotten congratulations from dignitaries throughout the hip-hop world. Rihanna tweeted her congratulations and her joy at sharing her birthday month with Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose’s baby. Little Sebastian also shares a birthday with one of Snoop Dogg’s sons, the rapper tweeted to the new parents.
Not all details of the birth were given. Amber Rose wanted the baby to come via an all-natural water birth, but the couple didn’t get into specifics on how Sebastian entered the world.
