Chris Brown Crashes, Threatens To Sue Paparazzi

Chris Brown crashed his Porsche this weekend but it’s unclear what caused the accident. Brown says that he was been “aggressively pursued” by the paparazzi at the time of the crash but the INF Agency says that they “had nothing to do with the crash.” Well, it looks like the argument could soon be heading to court as Brown is planning to sue over the car accident.

Brown’s rep told TMZ that the singer planned to file criminal chargers against the photographers who were allegedly following him before the crash.

The representative said: “We plan on seeking criminal charges and holding them civilly liable.”

Chris Doherty, the owner of INF, warned Brown earlier today to be careful with his “defamatory statements.”

Doherty said that his photographers were not pursuing Brown at the time of the crash. Doherty said that the INF photographers arrived after the crash and had nothing to do with running Brown off the road.

Doherty said:

“No photographers were following him at the time he crashed … He crashed his car and it’s convenient for him to blame us. He needs to be careful with his defamatory statements.”

Officers are currently taking statements, examining the scene and writing up their report. Do you think police will side with Brown or INF?
