Lindsay Lohan’s Legal Woes May Have Just Gotten A Whole Lot Worse

Lindsay Lohan’s legal troubles may have taken a turn for the worse. The former Disney star’s case was just transferred to Judge Stephanie Sautner’s courtroom. Judge Sautner previously warned Lohan to curb her night clubbing habits.

The judge oversaw the Lindsay Lohan’s necklace theft case probation, Radar Online notes. During the prior hearing, Judge Sautner had this to say to the beleaguered actress:

“Live your life in a more mature way, stop the night clubbing and focus on your work. I don’t expect to see you again. You know what you have to do.”

Lohan will once again be in front of the judge on January 30, E! News notes. The pretrial hearing will focus on a car accident Lindsay was involved in last summer in Santa Monica. The movie star is accused of lying to police offices about who was behind the wheel at the time of the accident.

When Judge Stephanie Sautner and Lindsay Lohan met before, the court official found the star in violation of her probation. The California judge decided that the Canyons star failed to complete the community service component. Lindsay had been ordered to do community service work at a Los Angeles battered women’s shelter. The actress ultimately found time to complete her community service hours.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Lohan allegedly turned down a plea offer. The star was supposedly offered a deal if she agreed to spend nine months in a rehabilitation facility. Lindsay allegedly wants her day and court and feels she can convince a jury of her innocence.

Do you think Lindsay Lohan should go free, go to rehab, or put on an orange jumpsuit and go directly to jail?
