Shakira Baby Photos: Little Milan Wears Nikes In First Picture
Shakira and Gerard Pique welcomed their new baby boy into the world earlier this week and their fans have already gotten a glimpse of the new baby. Well, at least his shoes. The International soccer player posted the photo baby photo of Milan Pique Mebarak onto Twitter this morning.
Pique wrote: “Milan’s feet!”
But this wasn’t just a picture of some baby toes. The new baby was decked out in a new pair of Nikes and a hospital identification band. Talk about style. You can just tell that the baby has Shakira’s calves and Gerard’s knees.
Shakira and Pique made their baby announcement earlier this week on their website, writing:
“We are happy to announce the birth of Milan Piqué Mebarak, son of Shakira Mebarak and Gerard Piqué, born January 22nd at 9:36pm, in Barcelona, Spain. The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification.”
Shakira and Gerard haven’t unveiled a full baby photo yet but both celebrities have been updating their Twitter accounts with baby news for months. It only take a few hours for the first baby photo to pop up online so it’s probably safe to say that Shakira fans will get their first glimpse at little Milan soon.
