Taylor Swift Suffered An Embarrassing Wardrobe Malfunction At The 2018 Billboard Music Awards

Taylor Swift has been involved in some serious drama during her career, but wearing skimpy clothing and suffering the dreaded celebrity wardrobe malfunction hasn’t been an issue for the singer, until now.

According to a May 21 report by Radar Online, Taylor Swift suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction during the 2018 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night. The Reputation singer left little to the imagination as the thigh-high slit on her gorgeous pink Versace dress uncovered a bit too much in front of the cameras.

The incident occurred when Taylor Swift, 28, was leaving the stage with her awards. Swift had won two awards during the night, including Top Female Artist and Top Selling Album. While stepping up onto a platform, Swift’s dress flew behind her and exposed her bare legs and more in front of the crowd. However, Taylor didn’t seem to notice the wardrobe malfunction at the time.

The 2018 Billboard Music Awards marked the first awards show that Taylor Swift had attended in years. She has been very busy with her music, and recently embarked on her Reputation Tour. Swift spoke out on her re-emergence by saying that it was “so nice” be at the BBMAs on Sunday.

“Thank you for making me feel understood again,” she added.

Some fans had speculated that Taylor Swift stayed away from the awards show scene due to recent feuds with celebrities such as Katy Perry, Kanye West, and Kim Kardashian. However, she’s back and ready to tackle it all head on, including her new wardrobe malfunction drama.

Swift seemed to have a great night at the event, and was spotted singing and dancing along to the performances throughout the show. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Taylor was seated in the front row just ahead of actor/singer Darren Criss, who hilariously filmed himself asking Taylor to move out of his way during Shawn Mendes’ performance of “In My Blood.”

In the hilarious video, Darren Criss can be seen sitting behind Taylor Swift and Camila Cabello, who are standing up and singing and dancing along with Shawn Mendes.

“Excuse me, miss? Miss, I can’t see. I’m trying to watch Shawn Mendes,” Criss is heard saying in the comical clip.
