‘Glee’ Star Mark Salling Accused Of Sexual Assault

Glee star Mark Salling is being sued by an ex-girlfriend who claims that he committed sexual battery by forcing her to have sex with him without a condom.

TMZ reports that Roxanne Gorzela claims she began dating the 30-year-old actor in September 2010, and in March 2011, she consented to having sex with him, but only if he used a condom. Salling then allegedly ignored her and proceeded to “insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom.”

After Gorzela protested, Salling stopped, but later re-engaged once again without a condom.

Gorzela later called Salling to ask if he had been tested for STDs, reports E! News. He didn’t call her back, so we showed up at his house to confront him. She demanded proof that he had no STDs, causing him to respond by grabbing her and pushing her to the ground. She filed a police report on March 25, the day of the alleged attack.

The Glee star is accused of sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. The suit says Salling’s behavior was “willful, malicious and despicable,” and that Gorzela sustained “severe and substantial mental and emotional distress, humiliation, fear, apprehension, anxiety and anguish.”

So far, Salling’s publicist is doing her job, denying the allegations. “There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success,” she said. “We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.”

Salling is famous for playing “Puck” on the hit Fox series Glee, a role he has held since season 1.
