‘Teen Mom’ Jenelle Evans Reveals Baby Bump On Instagram [Photo]

Jenelle Evans, controversial star of MTV’s Teen Mom 2, revealed a picture of her new baby bump on Instagram yesterday morning. Along with the photo, followers of the 21-year-old’s photo sharing account were privy to a caption reading “Baby bumpppp. My little angel!”

Evans posted the photo just one day following her public confirmation that she and new husband Courtland Rogers are expecting a child. The reality television star is approximately six weeks along in her pregnancy, according to an article by Hollywood Life. This will be the second journey into motherhood for Evans and the couple’s first child together.

In her Instagram photo Evans can be seen sporting a bra, sweatpants, and a very tiny belly bump. In true Instagram fashion she took the photo with her cellphone while standing in front of a bathroom mirror:

Evans spoke recently to MTV Act about the couple’s surprise at the news their family was getting a new addition:

“I missed a few birth control pills, and found out I was pregnant at a doctor’s appointment. I was really surprised. This wasn’t planned, but it happened, so we’re taking it as we go. Courtland and I are happy and excited now. We know having a child can be difficult, but we’re going to do our best.”

An article by USA Today writes that Evans began her reality stardom on the MTV show 16 and Pregnant. Following the birth of her first child with boyfriend Andrew Lewis she continued her television adventure by starring in Teen Mom 2. Also from MTV, the show focused on the young mother’s life raising her son Jace.

Frequently fodder for the headlines, Evans has been involved in a number of troubling incidents. In recent years, she has been arrested on charges of breaking and entering, assault, and drug possession. In addition to her legal woes Evans has also been forced to give up custody of her first child.
