Lindsay Lohan: Attorney Allegedly Fired On The Way To Court

Lindsay Lohan allegedly fired longtime attorney Shawn Holley while he was on the way to the courthouse to represent her on Tuesday. Although the beleaguered starlet is down one man on her legal team, she still has Robert Schapiro at her side.

LiLo allegedly owes Shawn Holley more than $300,000, according to Reality TV Magazine. The lawyer was reportedly in transit to the Los Angeles courthouse to try and reach a settlement on the star’s most recent legal troubles when he got the ax. Lindsay is currently defending herself against charges claiming she violated her probation and lied to the police.

Lohan’s New York attorney Mark Heller allegedly sent Holley the letter informing him that his services were no longer needed. A Radar Online source had this to say about the Lindsay Lohan legal drama:

“Lindsay hadn’t paid anything for any of the work Shawn has done on her three new criminal charges of lying to cops, in connection with her car accident in Santa Monica last summer. Shawn has kept Lindsay out of jail for over five years now and she has no idea how good she has had it. Shawn is extremely respected by judges and prosecutors and that has benefited Lindsay greatly. And this isn’t the only financial struggle Lindsay’s had lately. It’s well known that she’s up to her eyeballs in debt.”

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael apparently does not approve of his daughter’s choice of legal representation. The elder Loahn allegedly referredto Mark Heller as a “no good sleazebag” during a Radar Online interview.

Heller was reportedly found guilty on 18 misconduct violations involving 12 different clients between 1989 and 1992.
