Choo Choo PC? Desktop Reinvented As Aluminum Engine Car [CES 2013]


CES 2013 has plenty of surprises, and, while walking the floor, our team at The Inquisitr has discovered a few items that, while not technologically amazing, are still pretty darn cool.

One of my favorite yet simplistic pieces of CES hardware is a desktop casing made by Lian-Li. Known as PC-CK101, the case is literally designed to look like the engine of a train while still offering USB, keyboard, and mouse connectivity ports just like the traditional desktop computer.

While the case was not operating an actual computer while on display, its aluminum body design should allow the casing to cool internal components.

Sure ,we don’t know the practicality of this train based desktop PC, but just look at how cool it is:
