Former ‘Hills’ Stars Engaged: Doug Reinhardt To Wed Allie Lutz
Congratulations are reportedly in order for former Hills stars Doug Reinhardt and Allie Lutz.
According People magazine, Reinhardt, 28, and Lutz, 26, got engaged over the weekend while vacationing in Anguilla. The pair has reportedly had an on-and-off again relationship since their high school days.
“Cat’s out of the bag… ? #engaged #bestfriend #highschoolsweetheart @ anguilla,” Lutz tweeted Sunday along with a picture of her hubby-to-be planting a smooch on her cheek.
Reinhardt, 28, is best known to fans of “The Hills” as the Laguna Beach native who briefly dated Lauren Conrad in 2008. He’s also been romantically linked to other celebrities like Amanda Bynes, Paris Hilton and former Miss USA Rima Fakih.
In addition to his career in reality TV, Reinhardt — who attended attended Pepperdine University — played professional baseball for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and Baltimore Orioles.
In 2010, he released a series of workout DVDs titled Reinhardt Kettebell System.
As for Allie Lutz, the University of Southern California graduate was featured on a few episodes of the last season of “The Hills” as one of Kristin Cavallari’s old high school rivals.
