Naked Samurai Sword Wielding Man Arrested In San Jose

A naked ninja samurai sword wielding man was arrested on Tuesday morning after a short stand off with police in San Jose.

The man’s neighbors called police after they noticed him standing outside of his home with an assault rifle on New Years day. According to NBC Bay Area, the man quickly fled the scene when he heard police sirens in the distance.

When police were finally able to confront the man in his vehicle, he exited the automobile without his clothes.

According to RawStory, the man allegedly said:

“You’re going to have to kill me.”

Officers on the scene were eventually able to talk the man down, confiscated his samurai sword, and take him into custody without further issue.

The incident began on the corner Ezie Street and Cas Drive in San Jose.

After the man exited the vehicle, an onlooker claims he started waving the sword around as he paced back and forth.

Police are still investigating the incident and have not revealed further details about the man’s state of mind or other variables involved in the strange naked New Years arrest.

Officers removed the man’s assault rifle from his vehicle following his arrest.

The naked samurai sword carrying man is currently in police custody where he will likely undergo a psych evaluation before his arraignment.
