Jennifer Lawrence: I’m Addicted To Junk Food And Reality TV

There are three things you need to know about Jennifer Lawrence. She’s an Academy Award nominated actress, she starred in one of the biggest movies of the year in 2012, and she’s a junk food addict.

The Hunger Games actress sat down for an interview with Marie Claire this week and told the magazine that her ideal night involves friends, junk food, and reality TV.

Some might expect Lawrence — who is young, beautiful, and a huge Hollywood star — to be a major player on the Hollywood party scene, but the actress describes herself as an “old lady” and says that she’d rather spend her nights on the couch.

Lawrence said:

“After it’s 11, I’m like, ‘Don’t these kids ever get tired?’ When I’m out, I think about my couch. Like, ‘It would be awesome to be on it right now. I bet there’s an episode of Dance Moms on. Am I missing a new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians? I’m just stressed by the idea of missing them.”

Lawrence hasn’t been suckered into the non-stop party life of Hollywood, and she isn’t about to cave in to the pressure of becoming a petite actress.

Lawrence said, “Reality TV is my silver lining. (My house is) like a reality TV show cave. I just learned how to work TiVO. That changed my life. At the end of the day there’s probably nothing that makes me feel better than junk food and reality TV.”
