Jinger Duggar Wears Pants In New Photo By Husband Jeremy Vuolo: Check Out Her Skinny Jeans
Jinger Duggar is showing off a pair of pants that her fans have not seen before in a new photo snapped by her husband, Jeremy Vuolo. This isn’t the first time the Counting On star has been photographed wearing skinny jeans, but there’s something different about the light blue denim that she’s rocking in Jeremy’s latest snapshot.
One day after he and Jinger celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary, Jeremy took to Instagram to share a candid picture of his wife with his followers. In the image, Jinger Duggar is sitting on a couch and reading a book. The dark button-up top that she’s wearing is loose-fitting and goes all the way up to her neck, so it easily meets her family’s strict modesty standards. However, the Duggar dress code prohibits girls from wearing pants like the skinny jeans Jinger is rocking in the photo. In another fashion first for the family’s most adventurous dresser, Jinger is experimenting with the distressed denim trend. Small rips in the fabric of her jeans can be seen right above her knees.
While the Duggar daughter’s parents might not approve of her outfit, her husband clearly loves it; Jeremy Vuolo called his wife “a beautiful subject” in the caption of his Instagram post. Most of his followers agreed with this assessment of his muse.
“Jeans suit Jinger. So pleased she feels free enough to wear and do what she likes. Go you two,” wrote one fan.
“Yay for skinny jeans! She looks beautiful!”
One of Jeremy’s followers commended Jinger for being “independent and open minded” instead of continuing to follow the same set of Bible-inspired fashion guidelines that she grew up with. As reported by Romper, the Duggar girls are only allowed to wear dresses and skirts until they get married, so they have to find husbands if they want to go shopping for skinny jeans. However, a marriage license is not necessarily a free pass to wear pants and shorts; the Duggars believe that a wife should seek her husband’s permission before switching up her style.
Jinger has been photographed wearing pants on numerous different occasions, so some Duggar fans are surprised that so many people keep freaking out every time they see her in skinny jeans or slacks. However, there may be a reason that Jeremy Vuolo’s recent Instagram photo got the reception that it did; it’s the first snapshot of his wife wearing pants that fans have seen in months. The last time Jinger was photographed rocking a skirt alternative was in August when she and Jeremy visited Los Angeles. However, in lieu of skinny jeans, she wore a pair of baggy orange dress pants to tour the Getty Villa.
