Audrey Roloff Shares What She And Jeremy Do To Keep Their Marriage Strong, Posts New Photos Of Ember’s Smile

Audrey and Jeremy Roloff of the hit reality TV show Little People, Big World, made it their mission to inspire married couples to stay married. The two young parents are doing their part by sharing their story and giving out some tips on how to keep a relationship strong. It doesn’t hurt that Auj and Jer like to share adorably cute photos of their daughter, Ember Jean.

Audrey and Jeremy probably know that people, especially couples, look up to them when it comes to relationship goals, which is why they like to share some pieces of advice on marriage. The two are also serious about their Beating 50 Percent campaign, which aims to help inspire couples to give more than 50 percent of themselves to their spouses. In the process, Audrey and Jeremy hope to help overcome the statistic that around 50 percent of marriages end up in divorce.

This time, Audrey revealed what she and Jeremy do on Sundays to keep their relationship stable. According to the 26-year-old mother, the couple spend some time every Sunday to do their marriage journal. Audrey described the journal as a way for them to “connect, communicate, and grow in love” through a series of weekly questions. Audrey said that the journal has so far been “the greatest communication tool” in their marriage.

“What brought you joy this week?” is the first question she and Jeremy had to answer, according to Audrey. She also said that the answer to that question has been the same for the past four weeks.

“Ember’s smile,” Audrey said. “I mean come on, how could it not be?!”

Ember Jean has been giving Audrey and Jeremy one good reason to smile since she was born over a month ago. In fact, Audrey said that one of the greatest joys in her life right now is to smile back at Ember and to “laugh when she laughs.”

Audrey is not alone in gushing over Ember. Just a couple of days ago, Jeremy shared photos of Ember sleeping peacefully while wearing a winter outfit that made her look like a “snow bunny,” according to one of his followers. Jeremy said that he and Audrey are always having a laugh because of the funny mannerisms and movements that Ember makes.

It’s not just about the smiles and laughs, though. Jeremy revealed a few days ago that he had a dying to self moment. The 27-year-old star of Little People, Big World realized that life is not just about himself anymore and that to pursue a life of holiness, he has to let happiness take a back seat.

Jeremy came to the realization that if he pursues happiness over holiness, he may end up losing both. He believes that by going after holiness, happiness will eventually come.

Jeremy said that finding the “fullness and freedom of Christ” will make him truly happy. However, this does not discount the joy that Ember Jean brings to his and Audrey’s lives.
