Blake Lively Is A Hot Mess On Set Of Her New Movie, Actress Is Unrecognizable In New Role

Blake Lively is known for being one of the most glamorous women in Hollywood, but photos from her new movie set have people doing a double take. The actress appears unrecognizable as she channels her newest character.

Blake is on set in Dublin filming her new movie, The Rhythm Section. The 30-year-old mother of two was spotted wearing a blue beanie, oversized brown jacket, with an even more oversized set of maroon trousers. In some of the set photos, Blake is spotted wearing a very shiny gold crop-top under her jacket.

She appears to be makeup free and is sporting extremely short hair. The actress has not cut her signature long locks, as she’s just donning a disheveled wig.

Blake plays a spy in the new movie, and it seems she’s pulling her role off quite well. Deadline reported the new film is a “female global espionage thriller,” which also stars Jude Law.

According to the film’s synopsis, Blake will be portraying Stephanie Patrick, who is recovering after her family dies in a devastating plane crash. She later finds out that the plane crash was a cover-up by intelligence agencies. Stephanie becomes filled with rage as she tries to uncover the truth and becomes a pseudo-spy.

However, Stephanie was living a much different life before the plane crash. As a recent guest on Vanity Fair‘s In the Limelight podcast, Blake explained her character was a heroin-addicted prostitute. She also noted that it was important in this movie to not have her character be “likable” and that she should be portrayed as real as possible.

Blake stated that other films have made prostitutes broken, but still sexy. She said this isn’t always the reality of what happens out in the real world, and Stephanie was going to be as authentic as possible.

The actress recently attended the premiere of her new movie, All I See Is You, looking more alluring than ever. Her startling transformation is one of the biggest one-eighties fans have seen in a long time. The Gossip Girl actress also recently finished filming A Simple Favor alongside Anna Kendrick which is due out next year.
