Whose Side Will Ivanka Trump Take? Papa Trump Reportedly Blames Jared Kushner For Mueller Probe

The holidays are going to be an awkward time for the Trump family. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, Ivanka Trump is in a tricky situation after President Donald Trump blamed her husband, Jared Kushner, for Robert Mueller’s recent string of indictments. Whose side with Ivanka take?

According to Mercury News, Donald isn’t happy about Mueller’s probe against former members of his campaign, and he’s blaming Kushner for the misstep. This past week, Mueller indicted Paul Manafort, a former chairman of Trump’s campaign, and former aide Rick Gates for their ties with Russia’s meddling in the election. Mueller also secured a guilty plea from George Papadopoulos, who is a former foreign policy adviser.

In response to the scandalous probes, Trump is reportedly blaming Kushner for recommending Mueller to the special counsel. Trump, who also vented his frustrations to friends and bashed the indictments on social media, is focusing all his wrath on Kushner. Trump even allegedly reached out to Steve Bannon, who resigned from his post in the White House and is now working at Breitbart. Bannon, of course, was not happy with Ivanka and Kushner’s roles in the White House.

Between the recent indictments and Trump’s anger towards Kushner, his days as a senior advisor might be numbered. If Kushner gets demoted as a result of Mueller, then there’s no telling how Ivanka Trump will react. She could end up leaving the White House altogether and siding with her husband or continuing to support her father. Either way, Ivanka definitely has some tough decisions ahead.

That said, inside sources claim that Ivanka and Kushner are already looking to downgrade their responsibilities in Trump’s administration. This decision was made because of legal concerns about Kushner’s ties with Russia during the election.

To make matters worse, The Hill reports that the Trump family brand is among the worst in customer perception. Ivanka’s clothing line and Trump hotels scored in the bottom 10 of over 1,600 brands surveyed in the United States. If Ivanka Trump and Kushner are booted from the White House, then returning to the family business will not be easy.

President Trump has not commented on Kushner’s involvement with the Mueller indictments.
