Both Kardashian and West have struggled with their weight, enduring fat-shaming for unflattering photos taken recently. The celebrity couple seems to be determined to finish off 2017 as weight loss winners, however, with Kim publicizing her decision to make a lifestyle change and Kanye spotted exercising on several occasions.

Kardashian has shared her choice of a ketogenic weight loss diet previously, using the Atkins diet to help her lose 75 pounds after the birth of her children. But while Kim opted for the high fat, moderate protein ketogenic diet, Kardashian reportedly ordered West to follow the Paleo diet, which is higher in carbohydrates, as the Inquisitr reported. Kim Kardashian Stuns After 75-Pound Ketogenic Weight Loss Diet

In the wake of her recent birthday tempting Kardashian to surrender her low-carb diet and enjoy usually forbidden treats filled with sugar and starch, Kim has announced that she’s determined to make a fresh start with her weight loss plan. After losing 75 pounds and returning to her diet, Kardashian has been stepping out in racy styles.

Kim is flaunting what InStyle pointed out appears to be a much more slender Keeping Up With the Kardashians star figure in the wake of her weight loss vow.

Kim and Kanye are looking forward to welcoming their third baby. Because of pregnancy problems in the past, Kardashian turned to surrogacy options. And the soon-to-be mom of three has also made a commitment to what she termed a “lifestyle change.”

Admitting that her new lifestyle is “really hard,” Kim has emphasized her renewed dedication to her diet and fitness plan. Kardashian vowed to be “really dedicated and committed” in achieving her ultimate goal of “a good body.”

Kim hasn’t limited herself to flaunting her ketogenic weight loss success in public. She also has turned to Instagram, wearing even racier styles than usual to show off the results of her diet and fitness plan.

Fans cheered when Kim channeled her inner Cher for Halloween.

“Absolutely gorgeous,” raved one of Kardashian’s followers about the star’s slender waistline.

Other comments included “amazing” and “beautiful,” a dramatic change to the fat-shaming that Kim endured when unflattering photos of her in Mexico surfaced. Kardashian admitted that those photos hurt her so much that she started a “really crazy diet,” reported The Sun.

Kim even told a fan that she is so dedicated to her weight loss plan that junk food now makes her feel sick. But after one last final cheat supper featuring pizza and ice cream, Kardashian is focused on following her ketogenic diet again, even getting help from a bodybuilder whom she found on Instagram.

But it’s not just Kim who is trying to ignore the fat-shaming and focus on her health. Kanye West has been bashed for his own weight gain.

Kanye West Smiles As He Follows Kim’s Alleged Orders To Diet

West isn’t known for trying to keep up with the Kardashians when it comes to flashing a perpetual smile for the paparazzi. But Kim’s rumored orders to Kanye to diet and exercise before the baby arrives seem to have improved his mood.

Amid rumors that Kim put Kanye on a strict “daddy diet,” West has been seen sweating away the pounds in SoulCycle fitness classes, as the Inquisitr reported. The combination of a Paleo diet and new exercise plan seems to be boosting West’s mood, according to the Daily Mail.

Kanye was seen in Calabasas on Friday, smiling as he played basketball and flaunted his slimmer body. West’s weight loss is rumored to be the result of Kardashian’s orders to follow a “daddy diet.”

In addition to returning to her ketogenic diet and exercise plan again, Kim has become determined for Kanye to be in “top form” before their baby arrives, according to the newspaper. Consequently, the 37-year-old reportedly put West on a Paleo diet and fitness plan that requires working out three times every week. In six weeks, Kanye is supposed to boost his workout frequency to five times a week, clarified the publication’s source.

Will West’s diet and fitness plan succeed? The insider revealed that Kardashian has faith in her husband, predicting that Kanye will have six-pack abs by Christmas.

“Kim doesn’t want to put extra pressure on [Kanye] but wants him to be feeling his best for the challenges of being a dad to three children,” added the source.
