‘Teen Mom OG’ Star Amber Portwood Confirms Pregnancy, Dishes On Healthy Romance With Boyfriend Andrew Glennon
It’s official. Amber Portwood is pregnant with her second child just months into her new romance with boyfriend Andrew Glennon.
Following several days of reports that suggested the longtime Teen Mom OG star was expecting a child with the lighting technician, Amber Portwood has released an official confirmation of the news, admitting that she was “scared” when she first learned of her second pregnancy.
“I just kind of sat down and thought about it and realized that it was a big step in my life and it was a good thing actually, and I was really happy within 30 minutes,” Amber Portwood admitted to Us Weekly magazine on November 3.
As Amber Portwood explained, she’s been nothing but happy ever since she and Andrew Glennon got past the initial shock of her baby news and when it comes to recent weeks, Portwood said she and Glennon have been enjoying spending quality time with one another.
When Amber Portwood’s pregnancy news was first reported earlier this week, a source said that the Teen Mom OG star had been feeling pretty sick, but was “really, really happy” to be preparing to welcome her second child.
As fans will recall, Amber Portwood and Andrew Glennon started dating one another over the summer after the reality star and her ex-fiance, Matt Baier, parted ways while filming an upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition.

During the sixth season of Teen Mom OG earlier this year, Amber Portwood went public with her borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorders and, at the time, she said her mental health was stopping her from expanding her family. Now, months later, the reality star has revealed she is no longer taking her medication.
As she explained to Us Weekly magazine, her mental health is manageable as long as she lives healthy and has healthy relationships like the one she has with Glennon.
